Summary:
4444 Live is looking for a Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team.
This position will be responsible for assisting the CEO & COO with daily tasks and projects.
This position will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the company.
Essential Duties:
Manage social media accounts Manage web marketing & advertisement Update ecommerce site Assist with content creation Fulfilling orders Preparing gifting bags Assist in the preparation of daily reports and schedules.
Assist in the operation of the office.
Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and COO.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must have experience with Instagram, TikTok, Shopify Must have strong computer skills Must have strong online marketing skills Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure under deadline pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess good time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask effectively under time constraints.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to interact professionally with all levels within 4444 Live and outside third parties (i.
e.
, customers, vendors, clients).

4 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
