RYLA is an homage to the cultural melting pot that Los Angeles native Chef Ray Hayashi grew up in.
This ultra modern restaurant combines creative Asian cuisine with French techniques and true SoCal hospitality, bringing you the experience of that one night out you cant forget.
We are looking to recruit skilled, highly passionate, experienced and motivated Hostess/Maitre'D's @ RYLA , Hermosa Beach.
A qualified Host Candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year hosting in an upscale casual atmosphere.
Excellent multi-tasking skills, working well under pressure and an ability to smile amidst the hustle & bustle of a busy restaurant is required.
Being Guest First, quick thinking and have grace under pressure are qualities we hold in very high regard.
Candidates for this position will possess humility, integrity and respect.
A flexible schedule is preferred lunch and dinner hours will be required.
Most of all we are looking for individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building.
