The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating and oversight of stakeholder reporting of the multi-family portfolio, assisting in funding applications to preserve affordable housing, and assisting the Asset Management team in oversight of compliance and operations of the existing multi-family portfolio.
Responsibilities:
o Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda, minutes, attendee coordination and provision of supporting documentation Assist the Asset Management team in procuring all Year End Audit requests for the portfolio on-time Communicate upcoming deadlines to Property Management agents on various requests and requirements by key stakeholders Assign and manage tasks to on-site residential property managers to ensure completion of project tasks Review bid packages for capital improvements proposed by Management Agents of apartment communities Monitor the scheduling, preparations, results, and closeouts of all audits and inspections scheduled by third parties Coordinate, attend, and lead project related meetings Review and submit all reporting information due to investors/lenders Provide effective communication with property stakeholders Any other reporting, assessments, or travel that may be asked of you BENEFITS Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Open Time Off Policy, Paid Holidays, Paid Training, Career Development The Transcend Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
